It was weird really, it just sort of happened all of a sudden (much like how people feel when their trying to learn mindgames, it just happens). I finally accepted the fact that if I played competitive 100% of the time, that I was never going to get the full potential that Brawl has to offer. To be honest, I don't mind tripping, or gimping, or even grab releases (since these reasons used to affect how I looked at Ness being frustrating to play). I try to think of it as another move to dodge and plan ahead for. After all, every character is great in their own ways, it's just learning how and when to use them against everyone else. I feel like I'm starting all over with learning how to play Brawl, but the right way!
Ah Ness, it's been awhile hasn't it? I have some good news, as I've recently found out how to enjoy Brawl and have fun with it more than frustrate myself over it! Now the process of improvement can truly begin.
I hope that your doing well after all this time (also in advance, sorry for leaving very abruptly ).
